Filiera becomes a sandwich shop
For one day only, our kitchen is taken over by sisters Lili (our night chef) and Bianca, baker in Amsterdam, bringing a little piece of the Dutch sandwich culture to Lecce. Fresh sourdough focaccia, baked for the occasion, with only local and seasonal ingredients, will become the base for a menu inspired by some of Amsterdam's most iconic 'broodjes' — simple, generous and full of flavour. From 9AM until sold out, we'll be serving a dedicated sandwich menu, alongside a few classic sandwich shop deals, including: Coffee + pastry + sandwich + juice → only €20 No reservations, just come hungry.
