We welcomed Limanda, the remarkable trio from Argentina, for a long-table dinner built around the season at its peak. A menu of freshly harvested vegetables and fish caught the very same morning. Thoughtful cooking, guided by what is available right now and nowhere else. For the occasion, we put together a wine pairing of four wines, selected to accompany each course and bring another layer to the evening. An inventive menu, unexpected combinations, and a table meant for lingering.
DiscoverSunday evening at Filiera, we're celebrating in style. From 18:00, Filiera becomes a place of music, wine, and togetherness to mark a special milestone: our first year. For the occasion, we're hosting the Vini Vaganti fair, with 4 producers here in person to share the stories behind their wines. There'll be live vinyl music with a DJ set, great food to enjoy standing up, glasses to share, and that familiar atmosphere we've always carried with us. One year of Filiera, celebrated the right way: with great producers, wine, music, and convivial food. We'll be waiting for you — let's raise a glass together 🍷
